Product description: Royal Iceland frozen Masago Orange sushi roe, 500 g. Masago is made from capelin roe seasoned with sugar, salt, spirit vinegar, soy sauce, and mirin. The capelin is caught in the North Atlantic (FAO 27). The product is ready to eat and suitable for sushi, appetizers, and light dishes. Preparation: thaw at room temperature.

Ingredients: Capelin ROE (*Mallotus villosus*) 88%, sugar, salt, SOY sauce (water, SOYbeans, WHEAT, salt), mirin (water, corn syrup, rice, koji rice, food-grade alcohol), spirit vinegar, colorants: E110, E129.

Food additives: Colorants: E110 and E129. E110 and E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Alcohol content: 0.04%.
