Product description: Skinless escolar fillet, frozen, glazed 10%. Frozen skinless escolar fillet is a high-quality fish product made from carefully selected escolar (Lepidocybium flavobrunneum). The fillet has a tender, soft and juicy texture and a rich, delicate taste. The fillet prepared without skin is convenient to use both in professional kitchens and at home. Suitable for frying in a pan or oven, grilling, stewing, steaming and preparing various fish dishes. The product is coated with a 10% protective ice glaze, which helps preserve the natural taste, moisture and quality of the product during freezing.
Ingredients: escolar fillet (Lepidocybium flavobrunneum), protective glaze (water) - 10%.
