Product description: venison cutlet meat frozen, 2.5 kg (Salami Goulash), frozen. Venison meat (Salami Goulash) is frozen minced venison meat made from leftover meat parts formed during production. The raw material is mechanically cut, the weight of the pieces is less than 15 g. The meat may contain small amounts of tendons and fibers. The product is suitable for use in the production of various meat products, sausages, stews and other heat-treated dishes. The fat content in the product is less than 10%. The product is not intended for direct consumption - appropriate heat treatment is necessary before consumption.
Organoleptic properties: appearance typical of the species. Consistency firm. Smell typical of the species, without foreign odors.

Storage conditions: store at a temperature not exceeding -18 °C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Before use, heat treatment at a temperature not lower than 80 °C for 15 minutes is required.
