Product description: champignons are cut, quickly frozen, and packed in 2.5 kg polythene bags. Mushrooms are class 1. Immediately after harvesting, the champignons are washed, cut, individually quick-frozen, sorted and packed. Sliced champignons are 5-8 mm thick. The diameter of the cap is 20-65 mm. Do not defrost ahead of time as it will change color and lose flavor. Add frozen to a hot dish or boil/bake separately for at least 10 min. Stir constantly. Heat treatment is required before use. The product is not genetically modified and does not contain additives or ingredients derived from genetically modified materials.
