Homemade frozen cottage cheese, DONE COOKIN, 6 kg

frozen homemade curd dumplings. Semi-finished product made from curd mass. The weight of one piece is 10–12 g, length from 4.5 to 5 cm, width from 1 to 1.5 cm. Intended for consumption by all groups of consumers.

Preparation method:

1. In a deep fryer: heat the oil to 130–140°C, add frozen semi-finished products and cook until the internal temperature of the product reaches +75°C.
2. In a pot: add salt to boiling water according to taste, add the frozen curd dumplings without thawing and cook over medium heat until the internal temperature of the product reaches +75°C.

Ingredients:
CURD 69% (MILK, starter culture), WHEAT flour, EGGS, sugar, vanilla sugar (sugar, flavouring substance vanillin), iodised salt.

store at a temperature not higher than -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
