Product description: pork ribs sous vide packed ~1-1.5 kg (10% broth) frozen. Meaty pork ribs, heat-treated by the sous-vide method. Packed in a vacuum bag, the weight of the package is about 1.3 kg including the broth (about 10%). Sous-vide is a cooking method where food
 
prepared in a vacuum, heated for a long time at a not very high temperature. This maximizes the preservation of the food's natural flavor, juiciness and structure, and avoids the loss of important nutrients that otherwise occurs in conventional cooking. Method of preparation: thaw at room temperature, remove from the package and heat in a convection oven/hot air oven for 12-15 minutes at 200°C. Before the end of cooking, spread with any favorite marinade or sauce.
 
Ingredients: pork ribs 90%, spice mixture (water, salt, stabilizer E451, thickener E407a, spices, yeast extract, dextrose).
 
Food additives: E451, E407a
 
Country of origin: Czech Republic.
 
Allergens:     none.
 
Packaging: vacuum polyethylene bag.
 
Storage conditions: storage temperature -18ºC. Do not refreeze after thawing. After opening the package, consume within 48 hours.
