Product description: shrimp in breadcrumbs 26/30, SEACON Torpedo, frozen, 1 kg. Frozen shrimp in breadcrumbs, with tail, without shell. Delicious and versatile semi-finished product – frozen white shrimp “Torpedo” rolled in breadcrumbs, ready to fry. Suitable for both restaurants and home kitchens: quickly prepare crispy snacks, main courses or appetizers of shrimp. Preparation: the product does not need to be thawed in advance – just fry: deep fry in heated oil (~180 °C) for about 2.5–3 min. or until the shrimp become golden and crispy.
Ingredients: 40% shrimp (Shrimp, salt, water, E330, E331), wheat flour, water, sugar, starch, palm oil, salt, yeast, alpha-amylase, color: E170, Antioxidant E300, E341, E450, E500, thickener: E412, E4120, E1442, emulsifier: E471, raising agent: E516.
