Product description: gelatin 250 Bloom, 25 kg - high-quality food gelatin, made from 100% pig skin. Gelatin has a strong setting ability (240–250 Bloom), making it perfect for the production of desserts, jellies, marshmallows, gummies, confectionery, meat products and other food products. It is a yellowish crystalline powder or small pieces with a characteristic smell and properties of gelatin. It is highly soluble in water and can be used as a sweetener, energy source or technological ingredient in various food products.
Ingredients: 100% pig skin gelatin.
Food additives: no food additives.
Country of origin: European Union.
Allergens: does not contain allergens.
Packaging: 25 kg paper bag. The product is packed in food-grade multilayer packaging, ensuring product protection from moisture and environmental influences.
