Product description: gingerbread dough, frozen, 500 g. Wheat flour gingerbread dough with a mixture of spices. Made for baking cookies and other products. Rectangular shape.
Preparation: defrost the product at room temperature for 2-3 hours, or at a temperature of +2...+6 C for about 10 hours. After defrosting, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3-4 mm, form products of the desired size and shape, place on baking sheets and bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 6-8 minutes. The shelf life of the defrosted product is 90 days.
