Product description: glucose-fructose syrup. The product is intended for sweetening food products. Colorless, yellowish or brownish liquid. Odorless, without extraneous smell. Humidity - 24-25%; dry matter 75.9%; dextrose equivalent 68.9%; ph 3.5 – 5.5 (50 g of the product dissolved in 100 ml of H2O); SO2, mg/kg ≤ 10.0. Suitable for use by Vegetarians, Vegans, Lacto-vegans, Ovo-vegans.
Ingredients: dextrose (glucose), maltose (disaccharides), water, fructose, maltothreose (trisaccharides).
