Product description: bulgur groats, 3 kg. Natural groats made from parboiled, dried and crushed durum wheat. The prepared bulgur remains loose, has a pleasant texture and a mild, slightly nutty taste. The large package is convenient for professional kitchens and those who cook often.
Bulgur groats are suitable for side dishes, tabouleh and other salads, pilaf, soups, stews, casseroles, warm bowls and stuffed vegetables.
Product features: yellowish-golden colored, loose and pleasantly chewy groats when cooked. The mild taste goes well with vegetables, greens, meat, fish and legumes. Can be used instead of rice or couscous.
