Product description: peas originate from Southwest Asia, where they have been cultivated since the Stone Age. They spread in Central Europe in the 8th - 10th centuries, and in the 18th century. They were already widely used for food.
 
Pea porridge has a good taste and provides a lot of energy. Peas are rich in minerals - sugar, starch, cellulose, phosphorus, iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium, sulfur, copper, vitamins A, B, C, E, H, PP, as well as carotene and amino acids necessary for the human body.
 
In terms of nutritional value, pea porridge can even compete with beef, as it is rich in protein, making it an irreplaceable dish for vegetarians.
