Product description: long-grain white rice, ECO, 5 kg. Organic white long-grain rice has a specific aroma, so it goes well with many dishes: meat, salads, exotic dishes or desserts. Preparation: cook washed rice in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of rice, 2 portions of water) on low heat for about 35 minutes. Moisture 12-14%, split kernels 3-5%, damaged and yellow kernels <1.5%, chalked kernels <3%, extraneous kernels <0.5%, average length 6.2-6.6 mm.
