Product description: ground cardamom, PRYMAT, 300 g. Ground cardamom is an exceptionally intense spice with a spicy taste and oriental aroma. It gives dishes a delicate sweetness, which is balanced by a pleasant spiciness. This makes it perfect for both desserts and savory dishes. The citrusy, warm aroma of cardamom gives dishes an oriental flavor.
Spicy notes complement roasts, stews, braised meat and vegetables. They also go well with baked goods such as carrot cake or chocolate cake. This aromatic spice is also found in many festive dishes. Cardamom has warming properties, so it is often added to mulled wine and other hot drinks. Coffee with cardamom guarantees a unique aroma and a very interesting taste.
