Product description: apple slices 85% thermostable filling, VORTUMNUS, 11 kg. Baked apple is a product obtained by boiling fresh apples, mechanically peeled from inedible parts: core, peel, etc., chopped into cubes with sugar, starch, thickeners, acidity regulators, preservative, flavorings and antioxidants. Packed in a protective atmosphere (E941). Color - from creamy to yellow, changed due to the cooking process, typical of the fruits used.
Consistency - apple cubes or slices, arranged in a dense mass of slightly jelly consistency.
Taste and smell - sweet and sour, typical of baked apples, enhanced by the use of flavorings.
Semi-finished product for the production of baked goods, cakes and confectionery. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Ingredients: apples (85%), sugar, water, modified starch, thickener – gellan gum, acidity regulators – citric acid, calcium lactate, sodium citrates, antioxidant – ascorbic acid, preservative – potassium sorbate, flavoring.
Darkening of the product during storage is a natural phenomenon and is not a product defect.

Storage conditions: store in a dry, cool place at a temperature of 0–20 °C, relative humidity <75%, in a dry place, in the original packaging, protect from heat, cold and direct sunlight. After opening, store at a temperature of 4–10 °C and consume within 7 days.
