Product description: apricot 40% thermostable filling, HELCOM, 12 kg. Consistency: uniform; colour: from light to dark orange, corresponding to the raw materials used; taste and smell: sweet, corresponding to the taste and aroma of the ingredients used. Product stability during baking: heat-resistant at 200℃ temp. 15 min. The product does not contain genetically modified ingredients. pH 3.0÷3.8.
