Product description: coffee flavoured thermostable filling, 12 kg. Ready-to-use coffee cream, suitable for baking and freezing/thawing, suitable for filling pastry products before or after baking. Also suitable for use in confectionery - alone or together with dairy or non-dairy creams - for filling, layering and decorating cakes and pastries.
