Product description: Knorr Beef Bouillon, 1 kg – a concentrated powdered product for professional kitchens. It features a distinct beef taste and aroma, complemented by notes of celery, onion, lovage, and garlic. The product serves as a base or seasoning for broths, soups, minced meat mixtures, meat dishes, and sauces.
Key features: Balanced salt content; the resulting broth is highly clear, making it suitable for preparing aspics when gelatin is added. Contains no palm fat or GMO traces. A single 1 kg pack yields 36 liters of broth.
Ingredients: Maltodextrin, salt, flavorings, yeast extract, beef bouillon powder (beef bones) 2.2%, beef fat 1.9% (beef fat, antioxidant – rosemary extracts), sugar, roasted onion powder, lovage root. Onion and lovage ingredients are sourced from sustainable agriculture.
Food additives: Antioxidant – rosemary extracts; flavorings are also listed in the composition.

Preparation method: To prepare 1 liter of broth, add 25 g of product to 1 liter of boiling water. Dissolve the entire contents of the package in 36 liters of boiling water and boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
