Product description: lemon-flavored jelly, 1 kg. Moisture content <6% Total acidity (calculated as citric acid) > 0.8%. Taste and smell – typical of lemon-flavored jelly, sweet and sour. Appearance – Typical of the jelly mixture, without foreign impurities. Color – Yellow. Preparation method: Add 200g of the mixture to 1l of hot boiled water. Stir until all components dissolve. Place the jelly in a cool place or in the refrigerator to set. Fresh pineapple and kiwi prevent the jelly from setting.
The product does not contain genetically modified organisms. Consumer groups: all consumers, except those allergic to GLUTEN, MILK, NUTS. Not intended for baby nutrition.
