Product description: pear thermostable filling 50%, filled in 12 kg buckets. Baking product stability: heat resistant at 200 ℃ for up to 15 min. The product contains no genetically modified ingredients. This product is intended for baking. Can be used to cook, stuff, all confectionery products (pies, cookies, rolls, cakes). The product is intended for general use, except for babies and people who are allergic for product components.
