Product description: McCain Frozen Potato Wedges with Skin are pre-fried and quick-frozen potato wedges made from carefully selected potatoes. With their crispy exterior, soft interior, and natural potato flavor, they are an excellent side dish or snack. The skin-on wedges provide a rustic appearance and authentic taste, making them a perfect accompaniment to meat, fish, burgers, salads, or a variety of dipping sauces.
Preparation instructions:
- Deep fryer: cook at 170°C for 3 minutes.
- Oven: bake at 220°C for 20–25 minutes.
For best results, cook the wedges directly from frozen and follow the recommended cooking times and temperatures. Always cook until golden yellow. Do not overcook. When preparing smaller quantities, reduce the cooking time accordingly.
