Product description: Demi-glace sauce, KNORR Professional, 1 L. "Knorr Professional" Demi-Glace sauce is ready to use and allows you to unleash your creativity in the kitchen. Perfect for your recipes! Use the sauce for oven or pan-fried, vacuum-sealed slow-cooked or cold dishes. Stable in Bain-Marie.
Shake the package before opening. Bain-Marie: 80 °C for 30 minutes. Heat the sauce slowly in a pan; stir until the temperature reaches 60 °C, do not boil. Suitable for baking, grilling, microwave heating and storing in Bain-Marie.
Ingredients: water, red wine (3.5%), tomato concentrate, flavorings, light sauce base (WHEAT flour, palm fat), modified starch, sugar, Madeira wine, color (ammonia caramel), onion powder, caramel syrup, thickener (xanthan gum), yeast extract, onions, salt, bay leaves, thyme.
