Product description: pepper sauce, KNORR Professional, 1 L. "Knorr Professional" pepper sauce is ready to use and allows you to unleash your creativity in the kitchen. The incredibly easy-to-use sauce will be perfect for your recipes. The delicious sauce is suitable for hot dishes (prepared in pots, pans, ovens or Bain-Marie) and cold dishes. Gluten-free. Stable in BAIN-MARIE.
Ingredients: water, BUTTER, modified starch, CREAM (30% fat), EGG yolks, salt, flavorings (contains CELERY), green pepper (0.5%), tomato paste (36°-38° brix), Cognac, yeast extract, caramel syrup, thickener (xanthan gum), black pepper (0.1%), onions, natural pepper flavor with other natural flavorings, acid (citric acid), color (plain caramel).
Preparation: shake the package before opening. In a Bain Marie: 80°C for 30 minutes. Heat the sauce slowly in a pan; stir until the temperature reaches 60°C, do not boil. Suitable for baking, grilling, microwave heating and storing in a Bain Marie.
