Product description: sauce Hollandaise KNORR, Gourmet, 1 L. Ready-to-use sauce, enriched with buttery flavor. Firm, delicate texture. Easy to prepare. Ideal with asparagus, other vegetables, meat, fish, shellfish or mollusc dishes. Gluten-free. Suitable for vegetarians (vegetarian formula). No preservatives. No added monosodium glutamate. No artificial aroma and flavor enhancers.
Usage and preparation:
• This is a ready-made sauce - no need to ferment or mix powder.
• Can be heated or in a steam bath (bain-marie), as it is stable when heated.
• Suitable for various dishes: salted, green beans, fish, vegetables, as well as breakfast with eggs (e.g. Eggs Benedict).
