Product description: Kansas City Original Style BBQ Sauce SANTA MARIA. Kansas City Original Style BBQ Sauce is a rich, thick American-style barbecue sauce made according to the Kansas City BBQ tradition. The sauce has a dark brown-red color, a pronounced smoky aroma and a balanced sweet and sour tomato flavor. It is perfect for meat dishes, especially fried, grilled or smoked meat, and can also be used as a marinade, glaze or seasoning for prepared dishes. The sauce has a uniform, smooth and viscous texture. appearance: dark brown red sauce.

Ingredients: tomato puree (35%), sugar, cane sugar (17%), spirit vinegar, water, apple juice, lime juice, salt, modified starch, caramel colour (E150a), garlic powder, smoking water (0.5%), onion powder, horseradish, smoked salt (0.1%), spices (cumin, chili pepper, black pepper).
