Product description: chili flakes Gastroline PRYMAT, 300g. Chili flakes are a very popular spice in the culinary world. The drying process intensifies the spiciness of chili peppers, while at the same time they lose their fresh, vegetal juiciness. Adding just a small amount of chili flakes to a dish makes it spicy and takes on an intense flavor. They are also perfect as an attractive garnish for restaurant-quality dishes. For a coarser, ground texture, you can grind them yourself in a mortar, perhaps mixing them with other favorite spices.
