Product description: Vegetable bouillon 1000 g – a loose blend of vegetables and spices designed for the quick preparation of bouillon and for seasoning soups, sauces, stews, side dishes, and other meals. Contains 16% dried vegetables: carrots, onions, leeks, parsnips, and dill. Preparation: Dissolve 6–8 g of the mixture in 250 ml of boiling water. The prepared bouillon can be consumed as a drink or used in the preparation of other dishes. Sensory properties:
color, taste, and aroma: characteristic of the raw ingredients, free from off-flavors or off-odors.
consistency: loose/granular.
Ingredients: Table salt, dried vegetables 16% (carrots, onions, leeks, parsnips, dill), flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate, maltodextrins, sugar, corn starch, yeast extract, turmeric, dried rapeseed fat, coloring agent curcumin.
Food additives: Flavor enhancer – monosodium glutamate; coloring agent – ​​curcumin.
Country of origin: Lithuania.
Allergens: May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, peanuts, soybeans, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, and milk.
Packaging: 1000 g of product packed in a sealed vacuum bag. Transport packaging – corrugated cardboard box. Packaging materials suitable for food contact.
Storage conditions: store in a dry, well-ventilated place and protect from direct sunlight. Best-before date indicated on the label; shelf life not to exceed 24 months.
