Product description: banana roasted 50% thermostable filling, HELCOM, 3 kg. High-quality thermostable banana filling with as much as 50% roasted bananas is a great choice for confectionery and baked goods. It is distinguished by its natural, rich taste and pleasant texture, which remains even after heat treatment. This filling is specially designed for use in baked goods - it does not lose its shape, does not leak and retains an intense taste during baking. Ideal for buns, croissants, cakes, tarts, cookies and other desserts.

Usage: suitable for use as a filling, for layering or decoration. Can be used both before and after baking. Baking stability. Thermostability at 200 °C for 15 minutes.
Ingredients: bananas 50%, sugar, water, modified starch, thickener gellan gum, acidity regulators (citric acid, calcium lactate), preservatives (potassium sorbate), flavoring, dye curcumin.

Country of origin: Poland.
Allergens: the product may contain traces of gluten-containing cereals and sesame seeds.
Packaging: PP plastic bucket.
Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry and shaded place, at a temperature of 0-20 °C. After opening, store in closed containers at a temperature of 0-4 °C and consume within 72 hours.
Syneresis is a natural phenomenon and not a product defect.
