Product Description: Frozen, hand-formed, breadcrumb-wrapped cheesesteak. The length and width of the semi-finished product is about 10 cm. The minimum weight of the unit is 150 g. +/-10 g. error. Taste and smell: pleasant, characteristic of the raw material used. No extraneous taste or smell. Color: White, depends on the breadcrumbs used.
Method of preparation: Prepared dipped cheesesteak is fried in oil heated to +160C for about 3 minutes - 3 minutes and 30 seconds, until nicely browned. The internal temperature during baking is not lower than +75C. Serving temperature not lower than +68C.
Ingredients: fermented cheese 80%, processed cheese 10%, dip (crumbs (wheat flour, drinking water, salt, yeast), egg mass, spices. Food additives:
