Product Description: Pan Max is a specialized liquid frying oil for frying a variety of products: fries, chips, meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, donuts and more. The oil allows you to fry for a long time without losing quality: it does not darken, foam, or smoke. Liquid consistency and unique properties ensure ease of use, high efficiency and low fat absorption. The appropriate amount of natural antioxidants - tocopherols in Pan Max cooking oil, compared to other oils and fats, guarantees high stability and neutral taste and smell in the long-term cooking process. Smoke temperature 230 °C.
Ingredients: apeseed oil, antioxidant (esters of fatty acids and ascorbic acid, tocopherol- rich extract), antifoaming agent ( E 900 ).
