Product description: shrimp in potato strips with tail, frozen. Shrimp in potato strips is a crispy, quick-to-prepare snack made from white shrimp wrapped in crispy potato strips. The product also contains fish mince, which gives the product a soft texture and richer flavor. The tail left on the shrimp allows you to enjoy the snack comfortably. Perfect for frying in a deep fryer and serving with various sauces as an appetizer, party dish or side dish.
Preparation method:
The product must be thoroughly heat treated before use.
In a deep fryer:
Fry the unthawed product at 180 °C for 5–7 minutes.
Ingredients: 65% potatoes, 18% white shrimp (white shrimp, water, salt, stabilizers E450, E451), 17% fish mince (pangasius (fish), water, salt, acidity regulators E330, E331, E332, E333, stabilizer E451), tapioca starch, red onions, ginger, vegetable oils (soybean, sesame), garlic, pepper, salt, sugar.
Food additives: E450, E451, E330, E331, E332, E333.
Country of origin: Vietnam.
Allergens: crustaceans, fish, soy, sesame.
Packaging: vacuum plastic tray with cardboard label. 500 g (20 pcs. × 25 g). Transport packaging: cardboard box - 20 packages of 500 g (10 kg).
Storage conditions: store at -18 °C or lower. Shelf life: 24 months from date of manufacture. Do not refreeze after thawing.
