Product description: raspberry-flavored marmalade, 12 kg. Raspberry-flavored marmalade is a thick, dense fruit product made from apple puree with raspberry flavor and coloring. The marmalade has a red or dark red color, a characteristic fruit and berry flavor and smell. The product is spreadable, maintains clean edges when cut, so it is perfect for the production of confectionery, desserts, baked goods, fillings and decorations.

Ingredients: apple puree 60% (with preservative sodium benzoate), sugar 40%, raspberry flavor, synthetic food coloring carmine.
